Gary Anderson grew up in assisted housing in England prior to his family immigrating to the East Coast of the U.S. in 1975. Gary has 19 years experience in a wide range of business & technical solutions that includes working with companies such as Hughes Aircraft, JVC, Sony, & Samsung in roles that include Applications Engineering, Customer Service, and Account Management positions. For the past 6 years Gary has focused his efforts on training and distance learning, working with Nan McKay & Associates for 3 years, and is currently the Account Manager for the Northeastern U.S. He has an AS degree in Electronic Engineering, and has trained basic electronics & vehicle troubleshooting at the Underwater Vehicle Training Center in Houston, TX.
Jason Lee is the Account Manager for the Great Lakes region of the United States. He has worked with Nan McKay & Associates for the past 3 years. Prior to working with NMA, Jason spent eight years providing training solutions for businesses across the country. When not at work, he enjoys reading, surfing and family time.
Jose Rodriguez is the Account Manager for the southeastern United States, as well as Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands. Prior to joining Nan McKay and Associates Jose Rodriguez worked in the construction industry for 5 years. He worked in the public arena with Contractors and City Inspectors as an account manager for a construction material manufacturer. Jose speaks fluent Spanish and is available to discuss any bilingual needs of your PHA staff or Spanish-speaking residents.
Michael Roebuck is the Account Manager for the Midwest territory. He joined NMA after working as the Director of Western Territories for Storetrax.com, where he directed national sales efforts, created strategic business alliances and developed customer relations programs. He was also responsible for developing a niche marketing program which increased traffic to the company website. One of Mike's many accomplishments while at Storetrax.com was to provide a solution that streamlined the client's tasks to make them far easier to manage at a substantially lower operating cost.
Raquel Colon is the Account Manager for the Southwest United States, as well as Guam and Hawaii. Prior to joining Nan McKay and Associates, Raquel worked in the Optical industry for 17 years as an Optician. She then worked for a Software company supplying software for the Optical industry as a Support Analyst, Trainer, and Consultant for 3 years. Raquel is also the proud grandmother of 5 wonderful grandchildren.
Joining Nan McKay & Associates in 2008 as the Account Manager for the Northwest US, Omar Rodriguez brings with him extensive account management and customer relations experience. Prior to joining NMA, Omar was the VP of Sales and Operations for a mortgage broker, and previous to that, was an Account Manager for a major wireless application developer. Omar speaks fluent Spanish, and is available to discuss any bilingual needs of your PHA staff, or Spanish-speaking residents. Omar and his wife, Cindy are the proud parents of two children, Omar Jr. and Alyssa.
